The MQM-107 is a surface-launched, turbojet-powered target that is parachute recoverable on both land and at sea. The U.S. Army utilizes the MQM-107 for development, testing and training on the MIM-104 Patriot, MIM-23 Improved Hawk, FIM-92 Stinger air defense systems and is also being used on the Patriot PAC-3 Interceptor upgrade program. The U.S. Air Force performs air-to-air engagements with the AIM-9 Sidewinder, AIM-7 Sparrow and AIM-120 AMRAAM. The speed, altitude and maneuvering capabilities of the MQM-107 make them a valuable threat replication of fighter aircraft, attack/reconnaissance helicopters and surveillance/armed UAVs.
